Dear Doctor,

I'm a 32 year old woman with a facial hair problem. I've tried waxing, electrolysis, even shaving. Nothing works for long. Any suggestions?

Yeah. Join a circus. No, but seriously, I too know the tragedy of unwanted hair. Last year the hair on my toes got really thick and wiry. Kept getting caught in my huaraches....ouch! I was lucky. I just switched to loafers. If wearing a veil is not an option, Sandra, I suggest you bleach your upper lip. Careful though, I found the fumes to be overwhelming.
