Dear Doctor,

Last night my right testicle fell off---was I shocked! I had friends over to watch vacation slides, and when I got up to adjust the focus it just slipped out my pants leg and rolled across the floor! Can these things be reattached? I got it soaking in ice water, so write soon. Please.

Okay Al, is this a joke or what? Testicles only fall off in really extreme cases. Like last year when I was in Burma. I got this strange virus that sometimes causes limbs to disengage. You can guess what happened. Lucky for me I had a pocket sewing kit on hand. Don't go to Burma, Al, and have your wife darn your scrotum. Pronto!
