Did you consult your physician before embarking on this radical weight loss program? Sure, it sounds like a miracle diet, but much of your reduction could be attributed to water weight and decrease in muscle mass. Also, any serious weight loss plan should incorporate regular exercise (which may be a problem for you in future).
Readers, when it comes to dieting, stick with the tried and true --- amphetamines and bulimia.
